You'll also find convenient pet stations located throughout the community to help keep things clean. Please note that weight and breed restrictions do apply, see below for more details.

  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per Pet
  • Pet Deposit: $300
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per Pet
  • Weight Limit: 75 Pounds per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions Apply: Akita Alaskan Malamute Chow Chow Doberman Pinscher German Shepard Great Dane Husky Irish Wolfhound Keeshond Mastiff Miniature Pinscher Pitbull Terrier Rottweiler Saint Bernard Wolf Hybrid.
